About Us
Our team of skilled technicians are trained to provide you with services such as on-site
balancing of blower units, motors and other rotating equipment, laser alignments as well as
Thermal Imaging scans of switchgear, breakers, contactors, motors, high-voltage lines,
underground mining equipment, transformers and belt lines.
We also provide vibration data collection at regular intervals to provide you with a preventive
maintenance package to prevent catastrophic failure of equipment and costly downtime. With
our CSI brand vibration data collection units, our technicians can obtain data on-site and
troubleshoot equipment to prevent lost production time. We also use those data collection units
to perform balancing of equipment to reduce probability of damage that can occur to both the
driven and driving machines such as bearing failure which could result in costly repair.
Laser alignments are critical on shaft to shaft applications. Our lasers allow us to align motor
to driven machine with pinpoint accuracy. We only use stainless steel shims with our
alignments. The benefit of stainless steel shims is that they resist rust and will not compress
under the weight of the machine like other materials such as brass.
Thermal Imaging scans can be performed on your equipment without any interruption in
production. This is useful for but not limited to finding loose connections on breakers and
contactors, finding faulty connections in leads, early detection of fuse failure, detection of
internal breakdown on such components as vacuum bottles, switches, contactors and
breakers.
